Like all medical assistance companies, RTA work with different air ambulance providers around the globe. What makes us different is that we do not add any mark-up to the cost.
COST CONTAINMENT
Our philosophy is one of cost avoidance to limit the need for cost containment. This is achieved directly by the case manager and Chief Medical Officer working directly with the medical provider and agreeing treatment plans every step of the way. To support this philosophy, RTA has a cherry-picked network of local partners to prevent any unnecessary charges from creeping in.
INBOUND UK MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
RTA can support customers requiring treatment in the United Kingdom. We have a network of hospitals, clinics and medical professionals who can offer appointments at a location of your choice or tele-medicine via phone or video link.
MEDICAL ESCORTS
RTA do not have medical escorts on our books. Instead, we have agreements with regional medical escort providers. This helps us obtain the best medical outcome for the patient at the best value for our partners.
CLAIMS HANDLING
RTA can offer travel or medical claims handling services either as a primary contact or in an overflow capacity.
